New documentary about the use of steroids. The films gives view points and opions from both sides and is really well made. It comes down to the fact that in America drugs are pushed on you all the time. Whether it be steroids or drugs that are deemed "legal" by societies terms. Also how America is always so quick to prescribe you a drug for your problems and how we are a nation that will try to win at all costs.

Christmas tree post

This is some photos of the journey of setting up the Christmas tree a couple of weeks ago.


I had just returned from the woods with the tree that I had cut down :)


Trying to get the tree to stand up straight in the tree stand by itself.


Frustration starting to set in after failed attempts of getting the tree to stand by itself. Head is about to explode.

The Firefighter Combat Challenge is coming to Milford in April 2009.

I would like to compete in the single man event when the Combat Challenge is at Milford, OH in April. I know I won't be setting any records but my goal would be to finish in under 2 mins.
